Mental Fitness Project

I am beginning to agree that mental fitness is more important then I once thought. I have a hard time concentrating during some of the exercises and it is because my mind wnders. In order for me to achieve total wellness i need to practice this component.

Hello K, I love the way you put your post together. I believe more than ever that the integral practice, exercises and the material Dacher has written for this class are awesome tools. and I can reach for higher levels in living and life.
